The project that Mrs James worked with us on was about blogs and podcasts, and was very helpful. She taught us how to create our own blogs and design them how we liked, by changing fonts and colours, and also adding pictures and links, ect.
After the blogging session we then moved on to podcasts, and we worked in groups to make a podcast about film reviews. Once we had recorded our podcast and put it onto the computer, we used a program called garage band to edit it. We changed the sound of our voices by choosing out of many effects and added a backing track and a jingle, so it sounded like a review on a radio.
I would never have had a clue how to create and edit a podcast or a blog before the workshop, and I enjoyed it a lot! (:
